[Carefully sourced rice] Koshihikari rice used

We use Koshihikari rice produced in Tateyama Town, Toyama Prefecture.It is grown with great care using meltwater from the Tateyama mountain range, resulting in a delicious rice that is sticky, slightly hard, and has a well-balanced sweetness.The rice has a good shine and is uniform in size, and because it contains an abundance of delicious water, it has excellent stickiness, and of course it goes great with sushi.
